Leading the kitchen is one of the established names on the Bulgarian culinary scene – Velin Velikov, known from iconic venues in Varna and Sofia, as well as from Bulgaria’s first Relais & Châteaux restaurant, aEstivum at Zornitza Family Estate. The menu is simple, flavorful and elegant – featuring Black Sea delicacies, fresh regional ingredients and techniques inspired by cuisines from around the world.
