Every Saturday at 18:00, we welcome you to the lobby bar of the Boutique Hotel to discover the richness and beauty of the red wines from Zornitza Family Estate Relais & Châteaux. Crafted from premium grapes of both local and international varieties, these wines tell the story of the Melnik terroir and reveal the secrets of craftsmanship and tradition in winemaking.
The tastings are offered as a selection of three or five wines, accompanied by carefully paired bites. Upon prior arrangement, we can organize a private group tasting on any day of the week.
